Live in cat lover / companion required for our holiday period. Would suit a quiet single or couple best. Two bedroom modern, light, homely and clean apartment with fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer in-house, bath, shower, split-system air conditioning and ceiling fans.
Comfortable Queen bed in master but 2nd bedroom is not equipped with a bed and is currently used as drying room. Wifi, FOXTEL and Apple TV all available.
15 minute walk to St Kilda beach, 3 minute walk to St Kilda botanic gardens, 5 minute walk to shops, supermarket and restaurants/cafes, 2 minute walk to 3 different tram routes and 7-10 minute walk to Balaclava train station on the Sandringham line. Wonderful, vibrant and secure location.
Human, company-loving pampered cat is the primary priority of this stay with her feeding, brushing, and play needs to be attended to. Other than this there is some plants on the balcony to water.
