I live in a house in Amaroo close to the shops and bus stops, 10 min drive (30 min walk) to Gungahlin, 10 min walk to Yerrabi Pond, . The most important criteria is spending an hour or two in my home every day so my 11 year old cat does not get bored and lonely (a day or so away would be fine). Watering the garden (automatic system) and a few pots also good.
Pets & farm animals
My cat is 11 years old, a Russian Blue cross. She is not overtly affectionate, but likes to be around people. She is an indoor cat. The litter tray is in the ensuite (with toilet) so easy to keep clean. Litter would need to be replaced once a week.
