Waverley is a heritage Victorian home built in 1893.
It is located in Central Albury (regional NSW) close to restaurants, cafes, shopping, walking & bike trails & the Murray River.
The house has 13 foot ceilings, rooms with individual air-conditioning, bedroom with ensuite & robe, two lounge & dining areas with TV's, outdoor dining & garden areas, large fully equiped kitchen, an outdoor kitchen, etc.
The requirements of the sitter is to mind pets - a dog and cat. There will also be some watering required.

Pets & farm animals

Snowy is an older Jack Russell. She loves her daily morning walk. Seth is a 16 year old cat and sleeps most of the time. Both love affection.

House Tasks

Besides looking after the two pets & collecting any mail, there is some pot watering involved. A gardener will be hired to look after the remainder of the garden.
