Christmas and New Year in beautiful Brisbane! Must love dogs... Older style 4 bedroom house in beautiful Morningside. The house is no mansion (comfortable, but an old house in need of some TLC), but the location is fantastic! Huge back yard, 3 TVs, Foxtel, Netflix, wifi. 2 Queen bedrooms, main with TV with Netflix and DVD, 1 child's bedroom with king single plus trundle bed, and one playroom, which can be used as another bedroom - there is a queen size mattress which can be used. House is moments walk from 3 bus routes to city, about 10 minutes walk to train station, or 15-20 minute down hill walk to City Cat. Easy access to city or Moreton Bay, close to the Gateway if you wanted to zip down to the Gold Coast (beaches, theme parks) for the day (45 mins drive) or up to the Sunshine Coast (beaches, Australia Zoo) (60 - 90 minute drive). 3 bikes available for use - men's and women's mountain style bike and primary school aged kid's bike. Portable aircon in master bedroom and loungeroom plus pedestal fans throughout house. We have a lovely old female ridgeback cross (about the size of a Labrador) who is 13 and needs a daily walk, and medication nightly, and as many hugs and belly rubs as you can spare. She's an indoor only dog, so you'd need to be comfortable sharing living space with her.
