My small but beautiful cottage on the city fringe of Newcastle in the Hunter Valley needs a loving, mature caretaker(s) whilst I'm away. I have two dogs (Eddie the Jack Russell and Loki the Foxie) & two chooks. All will need care every day, and the dogs love lots of hugs.

The home is 15 mins drive from Newcastle city and beaches, 25 mins drive from the Hunter wineries and it's associated concerts and tastings.

There is a funky local cinema in walking distance (The Regal), and 2 mins drive away is Jesmond shopping centre, which has everything you will need. There is good pub grub at Shortland Hotel, that you can walk to if you wis, and loads of places to eat within 10 mins drive.

The home is tiny but functions well, has air conditioning, lovely modern kitchen and a beautiful garden in a quiet, leafy neighborhood next to Newcastle University, which has beautiful grounds, and a smashing gym. I will be at the tail end of a large extension, but the home will be safe, secure and tidy.

Mature,easy going single or couple preferred.
