We are seeking a house sitter(s) for regular house sits as we plan to be away for travel on long weekends and longer holidays annually.
We live in a comfortable duplex on the Gold Coast with a small garden and two cats. Milly is a 10-year old Persian and Salem a young male cat.
The duplex is a ground-floor unit with 1 large bedroom, 1 study, 1 bathroom, separate toilet, an open-plan kitchen, lounge, dining room and private outdoor areas front and back. It is centrally situated within walking distance to a health and university precinct and the Gold Coast tram network. It is also on a major bus route that accesses two major shopping centres at Harbour Town and Australia Fair.
Our home is suitable for one or two people who love cats. There is a small private garden that will need watering if there is no rain.
