Hi, We are a recently retired couple and have a lovely comfortable house and garden in Cottesloe. The location is fabulous....we are in the heart of this beachside suburb, just minutes walk to park/playing fields, beaches and river, shopping area, cafes and public transport.
We have a 9 yr old sterilised female Black Kelpie X called Indie (she looks nearly pure kelpie) who is well behaved and loving....she's also very used to lots of company, walks & loves beach runs !! Indie is an outside/inside dog, and would benefit from someone who enjoys and has experience with (medium sized) dogs, especially kelpies or similar breeds.
Our garden won't require much attention, just generally keeping things tidy.
We are keen (and hopeful) to travel at various times through-out the years ahead, so would like our gorgeous Indie and house cared for while we are away..
We prefer someone (or a couple) who is mature in age and at home most of the time (part-time work would be ok). Someone who is fit and happy to give Indie plenty of company and exercise. Who is also quiet and considerate of our lovely neighbours and would generally care for our dog and property as we would.
