Low set, older brick home in Redlands, Queensland. Four bedrooms,though only two are used as bedrooms. , Two renovated bathrooms. The ,main bedroom with queen size bed is air conditioned. and has an en-suite. The second bedroom has a single bed. No A/C but a ceiling fan. There is a large office/family room which is also air conditioned. The house does not have a pool but is near the bay, (Cleveland/Victoria Point) . Two major shopping centres are less than a 10 minute drive and a smaller IGA centre, is within walking distance. . There is a park across from the house with two dams and lots of ducks :) Wynnum is about a 40 minute drive. Bus route at the end of the street. Close to Redlands Hospital . Need an animal lover for our two old cats.
Pets & farm animals
Our prime concern is for our two 15 year old cats. Both have been de-sexed and are microchipped. Our girl is VERY shy and hugs the house but our boy can be a wanderer. Both are affectionate and love to be petted.
House Tasks
We have a small yard which should not require mowing but our garden and pot plants would need water. We would like our mail collected.
