The right sitter would need to be able to feed her in the morning and the evening, including administering some medication, and spend a little time giving her some love and pets. You'd also need to scoop out her litter trays regularly and ensure she has access to fresh water. No housework required other than leaving the place as you found it. Collect mail if it's there, water a few plants.
