Semi-detached double brick 2 bedroom house in Preston West. Brand new decking and back lawn will be installed in December. Sitter will be required to put a sprinkler on the lawn. We also have a friendly, 9 year old female kelpie who loves walks. We also have three chickens, who make delicious eggs. We have a veggie patch in the front yard that needs watering, (and eating! ??) while we’re away.
We have solar panels, two water tanks for watering the garden. We are a 10 min walk from 2 different tram stops leading into the city, and a 15-20 min walk from Preston Markets and train station.
