Hello! I have a 1 bedroom plus study/second bed apartment in Richmond, just off Church street. It also has a large balcony with city views. Approx 10 minute walk to East Richmond station and Swan Street and 5 minute walk to Chapel Street. Approx 15 minute walk to the Tan/Botanical Gardens. I have 2 cats that are very affectionate so will be looking for lots of cuddles. They are fed morning and night, however, this can be flexible and work around your plans. Otherwise they are low maintenance and you only need to be mindful of leaving them unattended on the balcony at certain times.I prefer to meet in person to show you the apartment and meet the cats before confirming the sit.Happy to answer any questions!

2 indoor cats, usually fed twice per day but can be adjusted to once if need be They are very affectionate and will sit on you and sleep with you so must be ready for lots of cuddles!
