Low set tiled floors, 2000 m2 urban area. Low maintenance garden (water weekly if no rain). Pot plants in fern house to water weekly (approx. 1/2 hour). Well equipped kitchen. Very peaceful and quiet.. 40 minutes to Cooloola Coast, 50 minutes Noosa/Tewantin, 120 minutes Brisbane City.

Pets & farm animals

Dog, cat, 3 chooks.. Yard is fully fenced to keep dog inside. Dog likes to play "fetch" in afternoons.

House Tasks

Dog: (Honey) feed twice daily Cat: (Theo) feed daily as needed, Chooks: feed daily, top up water, Collect eggs (yummy!)
