We are looking for a house sitter to keep our partially blind, elderly cat company whilst we are away for Christmas. Our house has a nice big backyard, perfect for BBQs etc. During lockdown we built a half pipe skate ramp in the backyard too! So this job would be perfect for someone who skates if they want to use it! Two bedroom, nice big open living areas and a new bathroom.Our cat Aughra is a 12 yo british blue short hair and is the absolute light of our lives. She is aggressively loving!! Loves scritches and cuddles and will snuggle in and sleep in bed with you at night.
Pets & farm animals
Aughra is a little blind so she can lightly bump into things. She is the sweetest loving cat once she warms up which shouldn't take long! As she is an older cat, she drinks a lot and pees a lot so the water will need to be fresh everyday and the little tray will probably need to be changed more often than any normal cat. Yes she is overweight but its been so hard to get her to lose it as she cant exercise so we do our best just too feed her GOOD cat food and no treats.
