Come spend a night in our Queenslander in the Noosa Hinterland town of Cooran. Close to Pomona and Cooroy and 30 minutes to Noosa Heads beach. Walking trails and rivers are all around.
We have 2 dogs Ollie 11 months (Beagle) and Rosie 7 years old (Collie) who will need minding while you are here. Both are lovely but energetic, so will need a walk on the Saturday and a 30-minute-plus long walk on Sunday morning. Ollie has received quite a bit of training and is becoming a very well behaved dog, but needs over-sight and feedback at times. Rosie is very well behaved.
House is beautiful with views of nearby mountains Mt Cooroora and Mt Cooran. Birdlife abounds. There are cafes, a restaurant and brewery and general store in Cooran which is walking distance from our home. There is a relaxing back deck with views and plunge pool. 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 2 living areas. Air conditioning & heating in all of the bedrooms and living room. House is fully furnished with comfortable beds and lots of nice places to read. We have NBN connected with fast connection. The house has recently been relocated to the block. All the big things are sorted, but some rooms still require painting and a little beautification.
