Five bedroom brick home with two bathrooms, two living areas, modern kitchen, tennis court and swimming pool. Our house is situated on 15 acres near the beautiful Murrumbidgee River at Narrandera NSW. The Murrumbidgee is great for boating, fishing and water skiing with beautiful walks and a natural Koala sanctuary. We have three dogs that would require looking after and a large garden that would require watering. We also have a horse but it is negotiable regarding his care as I understand not everyone is comfortable with horses. We are 5 hours from Melbourne and 6 hours from Sydney. We have a number of tourist attractions in the area within driving distance including the Griffith wineries. A very relaxing spot.
