We are on 3 levels overlooking Pittwater on a steep block with driveway access. The house is easy to care for. We have a terraced bush garden which only needs watering every few days and a few house plants. We require care for our 20month German short-haired pointer as well.Belle is active and well behaved and needs 2 good walks a day. My husband and I are retired so someone is usually around during the day.
We are visited by the lovely parrots which live in the surrounding trees and the area is serene and calm. Shops and restaurants are close by.
