Situated on a quiet residential street in Coonabarabran our large 40's era house has a newly renovated kitchen and ducted reverse cycle heating and cooling. The wood fire in the lounge will keep you warm on those chilly winter days that are perfect for relaxing inside.
Hazard the cat is friendly but not very affectionate. Simply feed him twice a day and lock him in at night.
The garden is equally low maintenance during winter. You are free to do as much or as little as you like.
If you want to explore, the Warrumbungle National Park is handily close by and it's just a short walk to town to enjoy cafes and casual dining.
