Our home is very comfortable with 3 bedrooms with queen beds in all. It is open plan with a modern kitchen and two loungerooms. It's in a beautiful bush setting 10 minutes drive south of Moruya and a half drive to Batemans Bay or Narooma. Broulee is 15 minutes away. A 7 minute drive takes you to a choice of the pristine beaches of Congo where you'll find Bingie Dreaming Track for easy bush walking. The house has reverse cycle air conditioning and a wood heater with plenty of firewood. Our cat, Casey, is easy care and our 14 year old kelpie, Twoee, is very undemanding.
