Hi there!

Our property is in beautiful Burleigh Heads, just a 2 minute drive or 5 minute walk to Burleigh Heads Beach, James street and some of the best restaurants, bars and cafes on the Gold Coast.

The house is situated in a quiet street off the main road, with a quaint, secured front garden for morning coffee, and a big back yard and deck to watch the sunset.
The house is 2 bedroom and 1 study, with a big cosy living room and kitchen, and a newly renovated bathroom.

Our beautiful German Shepherd, Napoleon, is 4 years old. He is a big gentle giant who loves to play down at the local dog park or at the beach.
He likes to be walked 2 times a day if possible, with his Frisbee.
He also needs to be fed 2 times a day, morning and night.
He sleeps most of the day cuddled up on his chair in the living room, on the grass outside or in his bed on the floor at night.

There is also a grocery store on James street or a shopping centre with groceries and speciality stores across the Main road.
