We have a lovely 2 bedroom cottage in a bush setting opposite the pristine waters of Batemans Bay. A 400 metre stroll along the cliff top will bring you to Maloneys Beach and 500 metres in the other direction will bring you to Long Beach. Our house was fully renovated in 2013. It sits on a large block that is pet friendly - perfect for Oscar (our little Cavoodle puppy who will be 13 months old when we leave for our holiday in 2023). We would like a single or a couple to move in and treat our home as their's whilst they are looking after it and Oscar. We would expect you to respect our house and furniture as you would your own. This would include looking after the yard, clearing it of leaves when necessary and arranging a lawn mowing contractor at our expense when necessary. General maintenance of a few bush gardens on the property would be desirable.

Our house has wi-fi throughout with a number of streaming channels available, a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, 800mm stove and cooktop, double door refrigerator, coffee maker and so on.

Oscar needs to be walked daily both on and off the lead and loves to chase a ball on the beach.
