We have a spacious 4 bedroom house (2 bedrooms set up as bedrooms), 2 studys, indoor/outdoor living spaces and 1 beautifully renovated bathroom in the leafy suburb of Coorparoo. Walking distance to cafes, shops and restaurants. All your needs within 10 mins! There are multiple bus stops a 2 minute walk away and easy access to the freeway if you wanted to spend a weekend at the Goldcoast or Sunshine coast. The property has a large backyard and renovated kitchen. Aircon in the bedroom and lounge room. Wifi of course included.

We need a caring person to live in the house and water our plants and feed our beautiful cat 'Pushkin'. He is a SUPER easy-going russian blue/British short haired cat with lots of affection and a set routine. He loves both indoor and outdoor play and is fully toilet-trained.

We also have a gorgeous, affectionate and super sleepy Golden Retriever 'Cookie'. She requires a play at the park in the afternoon (5 mins away) and a walk around the block. She will sleep at your feet, play with you and give you lots of cuddles and kisses. She is fully toilet trained and loves to play inside and outside in the large yard. She loves all dogs and humans and gets along pretty easily with Pushkin. They respect each others needs.

Our house is easy to care for and has a very homely feel. We will be away from the 17th of September to the 1st of October. We are FINALLY going on our honeymoon after nearly 2 years of being married! (thanks lock-down and covid!) This will also be our combined baby moon! Last opportunity to travel overseas!

We prefer a non-smoker who will care for our home and respect our things. We only expect that the animals are happy and the place is left in the condition it was left in.

We would prefer someone who doesn't have any other pets and has looked after animals before.
