Separate office. Open-plan kitchen lounge area with separate tv/reading room. Tastefully furnished. There's a kayak you can roll down the hill to explore the waterways with. I would prefer a single woman as a house-sitter rather than couples.

I have a sweet and gentle natured affectionate whippet. He's 5-years-old. He has a walk in the morning and afternoon. For the rest of the day he likes to find sunny spots to sleep in. I also have an 18-year-old cat that requires medication. He's noisy in the morning at breakfast but the rest of the time he's a sleepy aged-care resident.
House Tasks
I have quite a few indoor plants and plants on the covered deck that require watering on dry days. There's also a vege patch that needs watering on dry days.
