Freestanding Victorian house with front and back gardens and a secure gate to the back garden to keep the pets secure. It's on a fairly quiet street and there are four parks within 500 metres to 1km. Chapel Street about 10 minutes walk away.
The house has gas hydronic heating and we have wifi (of course). It was last renovated in the 80s. Four bedrooms, one bathroom and an outside toilet.
We have a female Labrador, Luca, aged 4 years old and a two year old domestic tabby cat (male), Louis. Both desexed. Luca needs a walk every day but is pretty chilled, Louis is pretty independent and likes to be outside when not sleeping on the couch.
