Set on a quiet street 10 minutes walk from the centre of Ballarat, and 5 minutes to the train station, our house is smallish, cosy and convenient. 2 bedrooms, bathroom with separate toilet, the house has central heating, wifi, floorboards throughout and many original features. The surrounding gardens are compact, and busy with flowers, fruit and vegetables.
Included for care are a cat, small dog and a small band of chooks.
