This is an exciting time for us, and yourself if the dates suit you!! We are looking someone with the right attitude who enjoys peace and the company of a 1 year 8 months old dog (Toyo). We live in Viveash, a little suburb in the entry of the Swan Valley. Close to amazing amenities: Shopping 5min, Restaurants 5min, Guilford 7min, Swan River 8mins walking distance, great green areas, parks, and amazing neighbours.

We are looking for a sitter to take care of Toyo and our house. The house is just 3 years old, has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, theatre room, 2 living areas, kitchen, pantry, dining, laundry, in-built BBQ, large alfresco, and a good size garden. The garden is a tropical paradise with lawn and full automated reticulation. We will have a family member to come over every 2 weeks to mow the lawn, so basically if you can take care of some weeds and the indoor plants that would do the job. Toyo needs a walk out 3-4 times a week, the rest of the days he is used to be indoors and go out to the garden for a little.

The house is very easy to maintain as it is the contemporary type so very streamlined to get cleaned. Timber floors all main areas, tiled to wet areas, and bedrooms are carpet. We have a centralised vacuum system and additionally a robot cleaner for keeping up the daily work.

There is a spare bedroom with a wardrobe and a study next to it if you need to work so it would be exclusively for you, wifi, apple tv, disney+, A/C, heater, appliances, etc.
