We have a 2 storey house in a quiet inner western suburb of Adelaide close to Henley Beach and its attractions and within walking distance of the beach as well as the Linear Park along the River Torrens. The CBD can be reached in 20 mins by bus (which runs nearby) or by car. We have a medium sized garden and a loving & energetic Kelpie cross who lives outside and requires walking every day. We would prefer to have a non-smoking mature person or couple with police checks and references as well as no children or pets who will live downstairs and keep our home and garden clean and secure.
Pets & farm animals
Boomer is a 7 yr old Kelpie cross who is very affectionate and needs to go for a walk (and retrieve a ball) every day
House Tasks
Mow lawn 1x if possible, collect mail, keep the inside of our home and our garden clean and tidy, water indoor and outdoor patio plants and lawn as necessary.
