Two storey townhouse, with two bedrooms, overlooking a park in a great part of Kensington. Close to trains, trams and buses, and only a few klms from the Melbourne CBD, Victoria Market, Showgrounds, etc. Trendy, thriving Kensington village is nearby, as are great walk/bike paths and the Marybyrnong River.

You would be required to look after my dog, an 11 year old, small foxy cross (who thinks she is a Rotweiller!) She is an inside dog but need a good walk each day - the Kensington walkways are perfect for this! As I work full time, she currently gets two walks, before and after I go to work. But if you are around more during the day, once a day is enough usually.

The townhouse has a garage for one car, plus on street parking is available, if needed.
