Hi there,
My house is a small 2 bedroom residence with a little garden at the back of the main property (separated with a fence) - access is via back lane.
I am single professional, my animal companion is Gino, 5 year old hairy black cat, who never goes outside and thinks he owns the place (and I am his servant).
Gino is used to be alone as I travel for work a lot and sometimes he is by himself for 2 nights.
He is shy at the beginning but quickly becomes friendly.
My other love is my little garden full of herbs and veggies, which might need watering 1 - 2 x day during dry summer days.
I will be happy with full time house sitter (I prefer solo person, not couple, as the place is pretty small), which would clean Gino's toilet, makes sure he has fresh water and bikkies and water the garden.
My last house sitter managed to kill all my pot-plants inside and outside, so I would prefer sitter which REALLY cares for flora not only writes it in his/hers profile :-)
PS: Although I don't have air conditioning my place is about 10*C less in summer then outside temperature (brick house with tiles).
