Henri is the oldest of the papillons- he just loves to play. He also loves to swim. Pires is the most affectionate of the two- he will spend hours just sitting beside you. He has clusters of fits and requires daily medication . He tends to go several weeks without fits and then could fit many times a day over 2 days. You need to be confident to handle this situation. It has never been life threating and he does not need veterinary intervention. Then there is Lily the most docile, loving cat that you could meet. Lily has the run of the house and a large netted outside area in the garden. We have a large walk-in aviary with a collection of finches, canaries and grass parrots.-Their singing is beautiful. The chooks require locking away at night from the foxes but can be confined to their cage. They love scraps and are tame.

House Tasks

You will be required to feed, medicate and exercise the dogs. Feed the cat- when she lets you know. Let the chooks in and out of their pen and clean roosting area daily. Collect eggs and feed. The aviary requires attention daily. The tropical garden requires watering once a week if there is no heavy rain, usually do sections at a time as the garden extends over 2 allotments. There are numerous pot plants in the house and in garden. The pool needs to be checked weekly for chemical balance and the creepy placed in for vacuuming. The rest of the time you can enjoy the pool surrounded by gardens and aviary. The house will need to be kept in a neat and tidy manner. We request that no smoking occurs inside the house. Mail will need to be collected.
