We have a 3 bedroom plus office, 1.5 bathroom 1950's style home on a decent sized block that backs onto a reserve. We have renovated most of the house so it has modern appliances, aircon and a great little laundry. We make the most of the reserve view with a great relaxing deck at the back of the house that overlooks the reserve without interuption. It's a family home but 1 bedroom is a dedicated guest room. It's a 10 minute walk to Turrella train station or a 1 minute drive. We are 20 minutes from the Domestic Airport and less than 10 from International but no plane noise as we live in the valley.
Pets & farm animals
We have 6 goldfish that live in a pond outside the front and a lovely black kelpie-x called Ella. Ella is incredibly loving and just wants someone to sit next door to, and a lap to rest her head on. I would describe her as medium to small in size but she's a great guard dog and will always warn you when people arrive.
House Tasks
Feed the goldfish and of course our dog, Ella. Give Ella a run/walk in the park out the back. The usual collect the mail and keep the house ticking over. There will be some plants to water and perhaps mow the lawn but nothing major as our garden is pretty basic.
