We have a lovely 2 storey house located opposite Herdsman Lake, Churchlands and it is close to all amenities. Our house is very comfortable with ducted air conditioning, a gas fireplace and a swimming pool. It has a beautiful outlook onto the lake which has a walking/cycling path around it for either fitness or a leisurely stroll. Both the city and the beach are a short drive away. We will be visiting relatives overseas and need someone, preferably a couple, who can look after our 2 dogs and care for our home while we are on holidays.
Pets & farm animals
Our two 10 year old black labradors need company, two meals a day and a daily walk. As, they've got older, they spend most of the day sleeping inside when you are home. They just like to be close to you. Our dogs are not good with other dogs so avoiding other dogs on walks is essential.
House Tasks
Other responsibilities are keeping the house clean and tidy and collecting the mail.
