20 acres in a peaceful rural area. Property has its own lagoon for those who enjoy nature watching. My home is in a shed. It's fully functional, but not fancy! Eg, floors are concrete, walls are insulated, but not lined.
You will be caring for 3 horses, and two cats, a few pot plants, and a few tap turns for the rest of the watering.
