We live on a 20 acre property outside of Bendigo in the Direction of Axedale.. The home is a comfortable easy care western red cedar home with an open kitchen dining living area.We back on to a very large forest area terrific for walks and or bike riding. We have the bikes. It is a very quiet location.. Trip to the supermarket is 12 mins, city 22. ( that is obviously where the ammentaties are located. )

House Tasks
Pretty much relax and enjoy the place as there are no major tasks beyond feeding MUffy and 2 chooks along with a single sheep 'Barry' that doesn't know he is a sheep. No Real upkeep apart from filling the trough with water and having an occasional conversation with him! As you might know Bendigo is Victorias third major provincial city with lots of it's own attractions and close by to many other smaller centres such as the Echuca! Maldon, Castlemaine quite a number of other country towns with their own particular appeal. I have a well equiped workshop for anyone who enjoys mucking about in the shed. and there is a good veggie patch.
