Large, light and airy secluded Duplex close to the river. Two bedrooms, one king size bed, one day bed. Reverse cycle air conditioning. Swimming pool. Pretty gardens, home to many native birds. Lovely cafes just five minutes walk up the road. Bus service to Perth or Fremantle within a short walk. Preferably someone who is retired or doesn't work to look after two very friendly flatcoated retrievers who love to walk and play on the nearby lead free dog park. Also like lots of cuddles.
