Get paid to stay......I am only putting the feeler's out there for now. I do have a wonderful house-sitter but may require a back-up house-sitter. (My sitter's husband is experiencing ill health). I will know more by the end of July. Farm house on 33 acres (no mowing garden maintenance required). Two dogs, cat, parrot, chickens, ducks (two old horses - hard fed). Three other horses (that do not require feeding). Prefer a couple between the age of 65 - 80 as I have a blue cattle dog that is very settled with this age bracket. We are located 15 minutes from the M1 for day trips to Sydney, 45 minutes from the Hunter Valley. Nearby Golf Course - Kooindah Water's. Nearby beach - 35 minutes. Extremely rural however only fifteen minutes from Wyong and 20 minutes from Tuggerah Westfield. Unfortunately we can't accept other pets. Our home is 112 years old...and although not renovated yet it is comfortable and homely with plenty of rustic/country charm. Fantastic view over the land kangaroo's, deer as well as our five horses! A lovely large dam with great bird life. Amount paid $550.00 as to secure reliability.
