We are a family of 5 going on holiday for 5 weeks, needing a dog sitter who can be around to look after our 7 year old Kelpie/Staffy dog, Jasper. He likes a daily walk or a trip to the dog park, which is just at the end of the road! We live in a very nice 5 bedroom house on a quiet road with garden, pool and lovely views of the Mornington and Arthurs Seat. It is a 5 minute drive to Mt Eliza village which has everything you need for your stay including many cafes and restaurants, and a lazy coastal feel. Mornington is 10 minutes down the road, which has a lovely main street, many cafes, a weekly market and beautiful Mills beach. Frankston is 10 minutes down the road for a wider range of shops/department stores and Melbourne CBD is 50 minutes by car.All along the Peninsula are a host of wineries offering fabulous meals and views. Red Hill is 25 minutes; Sorrento a 45 minutes drive, with coastal views most of the way.
Pets & farm animals
Jasper likes a daily walk or a trip to the dog park, which is just at the end of the road. He is fed twice a day with a combination of dry and fresh food. We would like our house sitter to be around for at least some of the day to provide company. Jasper is happy to be outside in his kennel during the day, but also likes to come in at times. He sleeps on his bed inside at night.

Basic upkeep of garden (eg lawn mowing), keeping the house clean and tidy.
