My beloved daughter Naomi and I have always shared our dogs but now she has relocated to London. We are planning a special reunion in Europe in 2018 and I really need to find someone reliable who can 100% commit to looking after Nala (now just my dog!) at home for the month of JULY 2018. We live in a 2 storey terrace house in Waverley in a perfect location - a short walk to Bondi and Bronte beach, close to Queens and Centennial Parks and 15 minutes' walk to the shopping and transport hub of Bondi Junction with trains and buses. Nala is a 4 yr old rescue greyhound, pointer and staffie cross. She is a beautiful gentle giant and loves all people and children and both gives and needs lots of cuddles and affection.. She is very well behaved and quiet at home but not great with other dogs outside.. We need a sitter who is experienced and confident working with such dogs and a strong dog and who will stick to instructions (which makes life easier for everyone!). Nala needs to be walked on lead (not off) and is used to 2 x 1-hr walks a day. During the week, she has a walker for her afternoon walk and I would maintain this routine during my absence. So you would only have to give her a morning walk x 7 and two afternoon walks over the weekend.She loves company so we would ideally like a couple or individual who does not work full time away from home and can spend time with her during the day / night so that she doesn't get lonely. We have a large dog called Nala who is a cross between a greyhound, English pointer and staffie. She is a gentle giant and loves people of all kinds and is very cuddly and affectionate. She can have a few behavioural quirks around other dogs on the lead so we need a sitter who is experienced and confident working with dogs that can be a bit unpredictable. She loves company so we would ideally like someone who does not work full time and can spend time with her during the day / night so that she doesn't get lonely. She would require 2 walks a day (45 mins- 1 hour) and needs to be fed twice a day.
