Our lovley home is a 2 bedroom mudbrick passive solar cosy small and light home.
It is a 15 minute drive from Woodend and a good 1 1 /4 hours from Melbourne in good traffic.
We have 2 horses, one dog (who might be with his favourite 'uncle and aunty'), one cat and 3 pet sheep. we also have a large vegetable garden. The property is isolated and quiet.
You will need to feel comfortable with this degree of isolation and quiet, managing/feeding horses, cuddling and talking to our cat who is quite the talker and keeping warm via a wood fire heater. You can readily walk out the gate and into the Wombat state forest for bush walks and bike rides- just glorious!
