Brick Home 3Br, 2 Bathroom in Mapleton, Qld within walking distance of many services, 20 minutes to Maleny and 30 minutes to Maroochydore on the Sunshine Coast. Sitter/s required to walk, feed and love 2x 5 yr old Labrador twins daily. Also feed a cat, 90% outside animal, shy.
General garden and house care/cleaning needed, small lawn. The pool is serviced professionally, but leaves need removing every second day. Tank water . Sullage pump out (auto) on monthly basis so does not suit long showers or heavy water users. Would need own car.
Mapleton is a delightful village, friendly people, great neighbours. Famous Lilly Ponds park the ideal walk space.
Dates are approximate due to visa into USA having not been granted as yet. Will firm up quickly when approved as flights have been booked.

Pets & farm animals
Bella, a black Labrador...friendly but will bark at strangers. Has hip dysplasia so cannot walk more than 30 minutes. So I find a shorter walk in am and pm is best. She is a real leader, hound dog and has en extension lead so she can wander and smell.
Zazzy is her twin, much quieter, will walk on a lead beside you without pulling. Very gentle. No dysplasia.
Both up to date with vaccines etc.
Juanita, the white cat is shy and takes ages to "get-to-know". She requires feeding and sleeps mostly around the garden. I can make a bed on the back porch so she can remain almost outside 100% of the time.
House Tasks
Remove leaves from pool. Walk dogs daily, feed and be willing to tolerate them inside. No mail collection. Mow very small lawn (hand push mower or battery powered whipper snipper). Requires picking up of dog pooh before hand. Garbage weekly. Low water usage. Rest of the garden requires little attention. Expect house to be clean on return of homeowner. If storms come early in September or October, dogs become frightened particularly Bella so I would hope that activities can be structured around BOM forecasts.
