We have a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom apartment in Waterloo, 7min walk to Redfern station, handy to shops, bars, restaurants. It is a very secure building, you will be staying in the master room with a queen size bed and ensuite. We live with a British couple (upstairs) and a aussie bloke in the 2nd downstairs bedroom. We all keep to ourselves but enjoy a yarn whenever we're home. Upstairs has a balcony and tv with netflix. It's important to me that whoever stays at our place is clean, tidy and respectful of the other housemates as this is their home. We also have a rescue cat Frankie who will need feeding twice a day, the occasional cuddle and 5-10 mins of play daily. Shes a bit special but we love her very much <3
Pets & farm animals
Our girl Frankie, she's a special wee rescue. Always hungry occasionally loving. She's very fluffy and sleeps a lot but is also very playful. I spent 5 mins a day throwing ping pong balls up the stairs for her to chase, other that feeding twice a day, litter box cleaning, and chin scratchies.
House Tasks
Can check the mail box once a week & water the plants.
