Nice little 2 bedroom house in Fawkner. Central gas heating and wifi. Only real requirements are to keep the place as tidy as you found it and look after our one year old Groodle. This requires a walk morning and night of at least 20min each, feeding (all food and treats provided), keeping water bowl filled up and playing with him. He sleeps inside at night and is fine to leave in the yard during the day if you're out or at work.
Pets & farm animals
Groodle. 35kg. Just over 12 months old. Enrolled in obedience training so he does follow basic commands. 2 walks a day, feed and water. Loves pats.
House Tasks
Collect mail and keep the inside tidy. Lawn and yard shouldn't need any work.
