* House - My boyfriend and I live in a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom duplex with a little yard in Ashmore, on the Gold Coast. 5 minute walk to a small shopping centre (Ashmore Plaza) and bus stops. 10 minute drive to the highway exit. 15 minute drive to Surfers Paradise. We don't watch TV much and don't have an access to many channels, but instead have a pretty fast Wi-Fi.

* Pets - We have a 2yr old dog and 5 budgies. Our dog is a medium breed and perfectly house trained. She barely barks. We have a doggy door so she helps herself in and out whenever she needs to pee etc. Just needs to be fed twice a day and walked daily if possible. She's very affectionate, so we'd like to find someone who can give her plenty of attention and who don't mind her sleeping on the bed with them. Budgies are very easy to look after, just need to replace their food and water daily. They can be pretty chirpy at times though.

* House sitting period - Ideally from the evening of October 13th to the afternoon of October 28th.
