Hello Housesitters!
We need someone to care for our home and our two much-loved Airedale Terriers.

Our home is three bedrooms with the third bedroom used as an office. The living area is a large open-plan living, dining, kitchen area with air conditioning. The main air-conditioned bedroom has an ensuite with shower and there is another separate main bathroom. Downstairs is an (almost) self contained flat and a laundry.

WiFi is included as is Foxtel (not sports - could be added though)

Our home is on a ridge with a lovely outlook from the large outdoor covered deck. Covered veranda surrounds the rest of the home.

We have undercovering parking for cars and there is space for a caravan under the verandah deck.

We are on filtered tank water so considerate use of water is expected.

Our home is ten minutes from Gympie's Southside shopping centre (Woolworths, butcher, fruit and veg shop, newsagent, doctor, dentist, chemist, hair salon, one restaurant and two cafes, liquor shop and hotel). A further three minutes and you are in Gympie's main street.

Gympie has two off-lead dog parks as well as most other mod cons.

Our requirements are for our two neutered male Airedale Terriers (4 yo and 9yo) to be fed, walked and kept happy. Our dogs are part of our family, so they live inside with us and that must continue, although they have their own beds. They are great dogs and take readily to new people.

Keeping the house clean and tidy and watering the house plants and part of the outside garden is expected.

The property is a little over an acre, but mowing is not required.
