I'm looking for someone to look after my two small dogs (mini-longhaired dachshunds) and my house while away for a month. My house is in a nice area, close to a Kedron Brook bikeway, so lots of nice walks! Close to a few coffee shops.
I work from home, so my dogs are use to someone being home most of the time. I would therefore prefer someone who either doesn't work, or works from home, or doesn't work full days., but happy to discuss.
A 30 min walk a day would be plenty, but they can do up to an hour. Other than looking after the pups it would mainly be taking out bins, collecting mail and keeping house clean and tidy.
I would prefer no young children, since I'm not sure how my two pups will go with younger kids. Older kids are fine. They also don't get along that well with other dogs, so no dogs either, sorry.

I have two puppies - Abby (currently 15 months old) and Bella ( 6 years). They're very relaxed pups, and will just stay with you most of the day. A walk a day (30mins to an hour) is more than enough, and if they don't go every day, it's also ok. They don't like other dogs, so dog parks should be avoided.
House Tasks
Collect mail, keep house clean and tidy, be home for lawn mowing by gardener (possibly twice during time), clean up after dogs (ie pick up poop!), put out bins, keep puppies happy :)
