We are looking for a retired lady or retired couple only (non-smokers,please) to look after our 2yr old dog (Cockalier) and waterfront property in Mosman. The main aim is to provide companionship for our pet as she suffers a bit of separation anxiety if left alone for more than a few hours, so this sit would only be suitable for sitters who spend most of their time in & around the home, though our dog loves travelling around on car rides too!
We've been lucky to have found a couple from Happy Housesitters who have been wonderful sitters and friends for several years as we travel regularly, but they have now decided to finish that phase of their lives.
Ideally, we are hoping to find someone who would be interested in a similar ongoing arrangement to cover 1-4 weeks trips in the school holidays.
We use a fairly standard House Sit Agreement to detail the various inclusions & responsibilities to make life easier for both parties.
Preference given to NSW sitters as must be able to meet in Sydney.
