We are looking for a non-smoking, cat lover to look after our single storey villa in Cloverdale for 4 weeks in December and January. We have 2 indoor cats who love cuddles and company. Our near new villa is in a quiet area and needs very little maintenance as there is only a small courtyard with no garden. We are looking for an experienced female house sitter which a police clearance who is mature, clean and quiet.Cloverdale is a suburb 10km from Perth city and is about 10 minutes from Perth Airport. There is a large shopping centre about 2km away and plenty of public transport available.
The unit is one of 6 in a strata. It is the rear unit and has parking for 2 cars in front of the garage (our cars will be in the garage) as well as street parking.
