Centrally located, air conditioned 60s home with front garden and veggie patch. Menagerie includes 4 ducks, two friendly retired chooks named Martha and Marmalade. Budgies,canaries and a very special Shelty collie who is in her twilight years, is frail but independant and just needs to be fed and cuddled occasionally. She sleeps outside but is inside during the day, especially during hot weather. House is central with public transport at front door and close to all Mildura has to offer.
