Three bedroom house within 3kms of Umina Beach and the same distance from two major shopping centres. Its a few kilometres to some lovely national parks (Bouddi & Brisbane Water) and also within reach of many other beaches (Pearl Beach and Patonga). Plenty of restaurants, cafes at Umina and a cinema at nearby Ettalong. Regarding our place, we have a backyard with a veggie garden. We have a peaceful backyard to hang out in and its a quiet street. Theres a single bed in the spare room that you can use or one of the queens if you'd prefer that. We have all the usual - wi fi and air con (in the living/dining) room and fans in the bedrooms. We recently renovated the bathroom and have a new kitchen. We'd like a single or couple (no kids or your own pets). Someone sensible with at least a phone reference. Non smokers only please. Most of all we'd like someone who will enjoy the animals (they like company) but also explore and enjoy the area.
Pets & farm animals
We have a two pets, Buster the dog & Calamity the cat. The dog will need walking daily - he is happy enough to go around the block but if you wanton venture further, Umina beach has a dog off leash area if you fancy going there. The cat & dog need twice daily feeding, biscuits a.m. and wet food at night.
