Very low maintenance property and just needs a loving face to feed him and the occasional cuddle.Our property is ground floor - easily maintained - cute outdoor patio, car space underground and the best bit - a nice large outdoor swimming pool for the height of summer! and a cute little gym as well!Public Transport 100m from our apartment straight to Central Station in less than 15minutes - perfect for New Years Celebrations in Sydney!Required - a quick meeting to come and meet myself and husband to view the property and meet our little bag of cuteness KOBE
