Modern 3 bedroom a/c house on 5 acres. internet connected, tv, dishwasher etc. Large pool and outdoor entertaining area.
Would ideally suit a (non smoking) responsible married couple , perhaps travelling in their caravan and would like to " park up "" for the Christmas break.
Would need to maintain the house, gardens and pool, a ride-on mower with catcher is available and reticulation is from the bore. We do not have any pets to be looked after.
